Our Beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom fully Air Conditioned villa situated in the delightful and typically Spanish town of Catral is just 30 Min's drive south of Alicante airport. This well designed villa boasts a separate dining area, living room with log fire a generous sized kitchen which leads out to a sun terrace overlooking the pool, a large BBQ area which leads onto a very large patio area surrounding the swimming pool 8M x 4M and outside shower area. The principal rooms are open plan with the living room opening out onto a second sun terrace which overlooks the garden. The villa is tastefully decorated and is furnished with a TV to use with our DVD player, (CD and radio), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all other kitchen utensils.

 Outside the villa our lovely garden has lovely Bougainvillea, palm and olive trees and a large variety of fruit trees. The nearest beaches are only a 10 km drive away and a whole host of interesting shops including the necessary banks, post office and supermarkets are only a 5 min drive into the local town.

So what's it to be!!  "sunny days by the pool" or "chilling out on the beach" neither will be far away.
